Organoleptic characteristics:
Intense ruby red colour with tones slightly garnets. Characteristic scent ripe fruit, light spicy and toasty, with a final, almost balsamic. Full-bodied, rich in minerality and freshness, good flavor, remarkably balanced, smooth, rich flavour of black cherry and plum, tending to velvety, with notes of ripe blackberry and mulberry, spicy, hints of pepper, clove and cocoa. The feature that makes it unique and authentic our Primitivo of Gioia del Colle is the typical aftertaste of almond.
