The DRINK SHOP company of Fiorella Ruggiero, acting as a seller, prepares and provides for the delivery of the requested goods

The direct costs of returning the goods will be your responsibility.

The purchased good must be substantially intact; we recommend paying maximum attention when preparing the package, for example using the original packaging.

Exclusions to withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases provided for by art. 59 of the Consumer Code:

the supply of tailor-made or clearly personalized goods;

the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygienic or health protection reasons and have been opened after delivery;

the supply of goods which, after delivery, are, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other goods;

the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which has been agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the sales contract, the delivery of which can only take place after thirty days and the actual value of which depends on fluctuations on the market which cannot be controlled by the professional;

You are only responsible for diminished value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Please send the goods back or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14 day period has expired.

 

Non-EU countries

Customs deadlines vary depending on the country of jurisdiction.

The times provided by the couriers are purely indicative but for some products the excise and duty calculations may imply additional time on the part of the supervisory authorities.

In case of refusal or change of mind during the customs clearance process, and if there is no cause that justifies the procedure, DRINK SHOP will refund the goods only if received back intact and in perfect condition.

In case of theft or loss, DRINK SHOP is not responsible. In this case, the refund may not occur if the liability excludes dynamics extraneous to our sales procedures.

During the final purchase phase, the aforementioned conditions are accepted.
